Strategy Description

o Fund VI is a $100,000,000 (up to $200m) multifamily discretionary capital real estate fund targeting the acquisition of “core” and “core-plus” apartment rental assets of 100 units and larger. The Fund looks to acquire four to eight 2010 vintage and newer properties. o Target regions include the Midwest and Sunbelt, specifically in markets anticipated to experience continued rent, occupancy, population, income, and other economic growth fundamentals. o Leverage our best-in-class property management business to improve property performance. References to Banner Apartments Fund VI, Fund VI, or the Fund means Banner Apartments Fund VI-A Limited Partnership and/or Banner Apartments Fund VI-B Limited Partnership.
