CAZ Investments has launched the CAZ GP Stakes Growth Fund, a registered interval fund that gives investors exposure to the long-term growth of private asset managers. It pairs with the firm’s existing CAZ GP Stakes Income Fund. Together the two make up the CAZ GP Stakes Fund Series, which lets investors pursue income, growth or both.
Both funds are open to all investors, whether or not they are accredited, with a $2,500 minimum investment, daily pricing and subscriptions, quarterly repurchases, and a flat management fee with no performance fee. The Houston firm, founded in 2001, has more than $12 billion in assets deployed. It has allocated more than $8 billion to GP stakes over the past 10 years and holds minority stakes in more than 120 private equity, private credit and private real estate managers. Founder and CIO Christopher Zook said the firm designed the fund series for its own personal capital.
