Sentinel Capital Partners has sold Autronica Fire and Security, the Norway-based fire and gas detection unit of its Spectrum Safety Solutions platform, to MSA Safety for $555 million, the second European business it has divested from Spectrum this year as it concentrates the platform on its U.S. detection and monitoring operations.
