Andrew Wynn, co-founder of UK-headquartered private equity firm Perwyn, has relocated his official country of residence from the United Kingdom to Luxembourg, according to a report by Bloomberg citing a recent corporate filing.
The change took effect on 7 April, with Wynn – who oversees overall firm management and investment activity – now based in the Grand Duchy, where Perwyn established a local subsidiary in 2025.
