o15 Capital Partners hires Capital One’s Rochelle Probst as managing director - PEI Private Equity

o15 Capital Partners has hired Rochelle Probst as Managing Director, the Atlanta-based alternative investment firm announced in a press release issued October 28, 2026. o15 provides flexible private credit and equity capital to lower-middle-market businesses across the United States, and invests primarily across the healthcare, education and business services sectors. The firm was founded by Colin Meadows, Kenneth Saffold and Brian Morris.

Probst joins with more than two decades of experience in middle-market leveraged finance, investment origination, underwriting and portfolio management. Before joining o15, she was Managing Director in Sponsor Finance at Capital One, where she focused on deal origination, transaction execution and client relationships. Earlier, she spent more than a decade at GE Capital in underwriting and portfolio management roles. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

In her new role, Probst will be based in Chicago and will take a senior role in investment origination, underwriting, transaction execution and portfolio management. She will work with o15's investment professionals to identify opportunities and deliver flexible capital solutions to businesses nationwide.

Kenneth Saffold, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of o15, said he had worked with Probst for nearly two decades and cited her investment judgment, professionalism and relationship-building. Colin Meadows, also Co-Founder and Managing Partner, said her experience and disciplined approach align with the firm's investment philosophy and culture. Probst said she was drawn to the firm's commitment to disciplined investing and collaborative partnerships.

The release does not disclose the size of o15's investment platform or fund assets. The appointment is presented by the firm as part of its continued growth and senior team build-out.
