The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan’s (HOOPP) global private equity chief Lori Hall-Kimm is leaving the Canadian pension fund to pursue a new opportunity, according to a report by Bloomberg.
The report cites an internal memo as revealing that Mark Cormier and Roman Gula, both managing directors in HOOPP’s private equity team, will take over as interim co-heads of the strategy, reporting to chief investment officer Michael Wissell.
A HOOPP spokesperson has confirmed the contents of the memo.
