Private equity firm BC Partners has agreed to acquire a co-controlling stake in Swiss pharmaceutical manufacturer InfoRLife, marking the second investment from its latest flagship buyout fund and further expanding its presence in the pharmaceutical supply chain, according to a report by Bloomberg.
